This is a joint UKWA Inland event and is being run by the North East region (NEWS). Sunday the 30th will count towards the North West series results.

Derwent Reservoir is an excellent location - if there is any wind about this place gets it! The Sailing Club,  http://www.drsc.co.uk/ is well equipped and comfortable. There is camping/caravanning on site in the clubs own campsite. Believe me the trip is well worth the effort - I attended a NEWS event here in 2005 and was made very welcome.

Just in case you are in any doubt Derwent Reservoir is not in the Lake District! See above link for map.
